Owners Blake Haines, Tim Dene, CJ Krewson and Justin Stevens all planted roots in Spring Hill. Each owner knew this is where they wanted their families to live, grow, learn, and be. Together, all 4 men decided to open a Costa Vida restaurant in their new “home town”!
What you may not know about Costa Vida, Costa Vida was born on the sun-kissed beaches of Mexico and inspired by whole ingredients and vibrant flavors, Costa Vida offers a fresh take on Mexican food in a fast-casual setting. The first Costa Vida opened in Layton, Utah in 2003, and the brand has since expanded to 100 locations across 13 states and into Canada.
At Costa Vida, “We serve amazing made from scratch fresh Mexican food every single day. Every tortilla, protein and vegetarian option, pico de gallo, guacamole, and every sauce we have available for our customers is made from scratch daily.” With no preservatives, freezers, or microwaves, Costa Vida’s food is fresh, naturally-addictive goodness.
Costa Vida perfectly blends the convenience and price points of a fast-food restaurant with the freshness, quality, and portions of a full-service restaurant. Costa Vida is the ideal dining destination for business people needing to grab a quick lunch or families that want an affordable and fun spot to take the kids. With to-go, drive-thru, and catering options available, Costa Vida’s flavorful food can accompany any schedule or event.
